Tatì Space Photography Center is a registered entity (registered person M12214019L) in the National Center of Business in Tirana, Albania. The Center is founded by architect and photographer Alketa Misja in 2020, with the aim to create a platform of Architecture and Urban Photography. The mission of TatìSpace Photography Center is to promote Architectural and Urban Photography, providing valuable information in the form of articles about renowned and emerging photographers, organising photography exhibitions and events, providing online and in-print publishing for established and emerging artists. The website www.tatispace.com is created by TatìSpace Center with the purpose to provide information about the services of the Center.

Below are the Terms and Conditions applicable to the website www.tatispace.com. By using this website, you fully accept these terms and conditions, without any reservation. In case you do not agree to any of the terms or conditions, then you should not use this website.

All content published on this website is protected under Albanian copyright law and applicable international treaties. All elements used on this website, including visual or audio elements, including basic technology, are protected by copyright, trademark or patent. The Rules Governing Online Photography Exhibitions:

Tatì Space Center organises Online Photography Exhibitions with different themes on Architecture and Urban Photography. The participants who submit to the Open Calls should read the rules governing these Exhibitions. By submitting to be published in Tatì Space platform, they agree to the following rules:

• The participant should follow the rules for submitting photographs, that are published in the page of the “call for submitting” of each Event.

• If the file of the photograph is not formatted correctly, or is submitted with errors, it can not be published.

• Tati Space can not publish the photograph if it does not belong to the theme of the exhibition.

• Tatì Space has the authority to decide which artists will be selected and will participate in the exhibition, in respect to the Terms and Conditions governing this website

• The author of the photograph has the copyright and the permission to use the photo, and authorizes Tatì Space to publish on the website www.tatispace.com, on its social media, and the printed Catalog of the Exhibition.

• The Catalog of the Exhibition will be printed on demand by Blurb in the format Magazine and will be available in the Blurb Bookstore.

• The purpose of the Exhibitions and Magazines is to bring to the public attention different themes on architecture and urban photography, to create a community of photographers, architects, photography lovers that are interested in the genre. We believe in the power of photography to create perceptions and change perspectives on the reality we live in, to take action, to build a better environment for future generations.

Tati Space Photography Center reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updates will be posted on this page with the effective date, and continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Albania. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tirana, Albania.
